All deposits made to Statue Corp are non-refundable. However, we may provide a 60% refund of the deposit under certain circumstances. Please contact us for further details.

8.1 Payment Deadline

All statues must be paid for within four (4) weeks of their release date unless you have contacted us to discuss any issues you may have regarding payment.

8.2 Order Cancellation

If payment is not received within four (4) weeks and no contact has been made to discuss payment issues, the order will be canceled.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
